At Direct & Clear LLC, we strive to provide top-quality driving instruction services. We understand that sometimes schedules change or plans need to be adjusted. Please review our refund policy below:


πŸ“ Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required:
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson or missed appointments will be charged the full lesson fee and are not eligible for a refund.


πŸ’Έ Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

You cancel a pre-paid package at least 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson.

Services have not been partially used or completed.

A valid reason (such as medical emergency) is submitted and approved by management.


πŸ“¦ Refunds for Packages

If you’ve purchased a multi-lesson package and wish to cancel after beginning instruction, refunds will be prorated based on the number of completed lessons.

A $25 administrative fee may apply to package cancellations.


πŸš— Road Test Package Refunds

Road Test Packages are refundable only if canceled 48+ hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

No refunds for late cancellations, no-shows, or if the student is not eligible or prepared for the test.


πŸ” Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash payments will be refunded via check or account credit.
